Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner in order for the resort to guarantee the room booked for you. To pay for an extra person, click the "TRANSFER AND ADD-ONS" window prior to book and pay.

- Room with availed transfer: Please notify us of your complete flight details (date, flight number, time, and airport name) at least two (2) days prior to arrival; otherwise, transfer cannot be provided even if you have paid for it. Payment for the unused transfers will be forfeited and can not be refunded or converted to other resort services.
- Room without transfer: Additional transfers must be arranged at least two (2) days prior to arrival. No confirmation, no arrangement policy. Airport authorities require us to submit a list and does not allow us to accommodate you if advised on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be accommodated by other transport services, where you will be mixed with guests from other resorts, and several stops are inevitable.
- Transfers via Caticlan: For transportation via Caticlan, upon arrival, kindly visit the transfer booth outside the arrival zone and look for the Henann signage. Note that Henann staff cannot enter the arrival area but will assist from the booth. A brief 10-minute drive will take you to the Henann Welcome Center, followed by a boat ride to Cagban Port. A waiting van will then transport you to the resort, with the journey totaling about 45 minutes to an hour. Transfers operate from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Flights outside these hours won't be served by the transfer service. The transfer isn't private and may include guests from other Henann properties. If arriving from Kalibo Airport, you'll need to arrange your own transfer to Caticlan and then head to the Henann Welcome Center near Caticlan Airport departure area, a short 3-5 minute journey. For departures, the resort pick-up is scheduled 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time.
CHILD POLICY:
- 0 to 4 years old : Free of Charge - sharing meal & existing bed, maximum of 1 kid allowed per room. Excess kid should pay extra kid charge.
- 5 to 9 years old : Can share room with the parents but should pay extra kid charge. No extra bed setup.
- 10 Years old and above : Considered adult and should pay extra person charge.
- In order to avail of the child rate, guest must submit a copy of the child's passport or birth certificate at the Front Desk upon check-in, otherwise, adult rate will be applied.
- Please note in the special request tab if traveling with one (1) free of charge kid.
Terms & Conditions
Prepayment: Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is non refundable.
Modification: Change of date or re-booking is not allowed.

HOTEL POLICIES:
•Booking Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation voucher thru email containing the reference ID. Present this together with a valid ID upon check-in. NO VOUCHER, NO CHECK-IN.
•Booking Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed. This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.
•Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events: The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking was cancelled by the client because of a natural calamity such as typhoon resulting to Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and a rate difference (if any).
•Cancelled/Diverted Flights: The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, cancellation will apply. If an airline diverts their flight to Kalibo Airport and guest decide not to take it, cancellation policy still applies. For Caticlan flights diverted to Kalibo, the airline will be responsible to provide the land transfer arrangement.
•Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.
•Child Meals & Transfers: Child meals and transfers are not included in the room breakdown. Request for transfer should be pre-arranged after booking otherwise, no transfer will be provided. While request for meals shall be directly settled at the resort. In order to avail of the child rate, guest must present a passport or birth certificate reflecting the age of the kid during reservation and at the front desk upon check-in. Otherwise, adult rate will apply.
•Kid Policy: Kids sharing room with parents from 0-4 years old are free (Maximum of 1 kid allowed per room). Excess kid should pay extra kid charge.

•Corporate Card Policy: For corporate credit card transactions, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) from the credit card owner or from an authorized signatory. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in.
•Credit Card Policy: Credit card used in this transaction must be presented at the resort upon check-in otherwise booking is considered unpaid and will be required to make a new payment before they can check-in. Chargeback brought by this is subject to a processing fee of Php 500.00 per booking. In addition, a corresponding service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. The chargeback will be completed within 30 banking days. For third party credit card transaction, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) from the credit card owner. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in.
• AMEX Card Policy: For security purposes, third party transactions will not be allowed. If a booking was still made under this arrangement, guest will be required to make a new payment upon check-in unless the cardholder is physically present at the resort with the credit card used and at least two (2) valid ID’s.
•Card Fraud Control: Third party credit card transaction is not allowed. Non-compliance will have to make a new payment upon check-in based on existing website rate.
•Incidental Deposit: Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.

•Non-smoking Policy: In order to maintain the beauty and comfort of our accommodation, for non-smoking rooms, violators will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to 2 nights based on published rates.
•Pool Access Room Advisory: The room is designed for adults. If traveling with children, a waiver must be signed upon check-in.

• Food Policy: OUTSIDE FOOD (cooked food / fast food) is not allowed inside the guest rooms. Guests may consume their food at the resort’s restaurant with CORKAGE FEE.
• Pets are not allowed on the resort premises for the comfort and safety of other guests.
• Outside Vehicles: No parking allowed.
•Special Request/Preferences: Bed type, smoking and non-smoking preference and room allocation are all subject to availability upon check-in. The resort voucher indicates the room and the services you have paid for. Anything that has been overlooked should be paid at the resort.
•Transfer Services: •Room with Transfer: For guests who availed of the room with transfer service, kindly advise us of your complete flight details (date, flight number, time and airport name) at least two (2) days prior to arrival otherwise transfer cannot be provided even if you have paid for it. Any change of flight information should be advised to us or else original flight details will be followed and payment will be forfeited if not availed.
