Deluxe Room Only: With mandatory one-time buffet dinner Php1,048 per person collectible upon check-in. Rates are subject to change. Applicable surcharge shall apply during special dates and holidays.

- Mandatory Php2,688 / night with free extra bed and free breakfast for the 3rd person. Maximum of one (1) extra person only per room. The resort will automatically charge another room in excess of one (1) extra person.
- Extra person (10 y/o & above) should book for the mandatory dinner if stay date is passing Dec. 31, 2025 (NYE) and Feb. 16 and / or Feb. 17, 2026 (Chinese New Year).

- For all credit/debit card transactions through PAYPAL, including third-party transactions (the card owner and booking name are different), guests must present the valid actual physical card used upon check-in (a card copy is not allowed). In addition, for third party transactions, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) from the card owner are required. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to collection of new payment upon arrival at the resort. The same policy will apply for direct payment through a PayPal account.
Terms & Conditions
PREPAYMENT: Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is strictly non-refundable.
MODIFICATION: Not allowed.

NO SHOW: Your 100% prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the check-in date of your booking.
RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS UPON CHECK-IN: Physical copy of the CREDIT CARD USED in this transaction along with PASSPORT or any government-issued IDs of the card owner must be brought and presented at the resort UPON CHECK-IN; otherwise, booking is considered unpaid and guest will be asked to PAY AGAIN before checking-in. Chargeback brought by this situation is subject to a processing fee of PHP 500 per booking, and service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. VIRTUAL cards are not allowed to be used for payment. If processed successfully by the system, you still have to present the physical card copy upon check-in.
2. SENIOR CITIZEN & PWD DISCOUNT POLICY: Senior Citizen and PWD (Persons with Disabilities) discounts are applicable only based on tariff / published rates. “In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided herein, whichever is higher". Signature should match in all the required documents. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in. 5. VAT EXEMPTION FOR EMBASSY / DFA EMPLOYEES: Diplomats should present a DFA ID together with a Vat Exemption Certificate (VEC) or Vat Exemption Identification Card (VEIC) upon purchase. Excess amounts due to VAT exemption cannot be refunded, and can only apply for incidental or any other additional charges. 6. NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENT. The amount paid is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE in case of changes in booking.
7. CANCELLED / DIVERTED FLIGHTS: The resort is not responsible for diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the resort. Cancellation policy still applies.
8. FORCE MAJEURE: The resort shall not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the resort as well as national events. Cancellation policy still applies.
9. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and corresponding charges shall apply.
10. CHECK-IN DEPOSIT POLICY: Incidental deposit of PHP 3,000 per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out.
11. CHILD POLICY: Four (4) years old and below are free of charge (bed sharing with parents / lap-seat arrangement in transfers service). Children's meals are not included in the rate. Requests for these meals shall be directly settled at the resort. Five (5) years old and above are considered extra persons and corresponding charges shall apply.

13. KIDS STAYING IN ROOMS WITH DIRECT POOL ACCESS: Children under 12 years old will only be allowed in direct pool access rooms when parents sign a waiver upon check-in for injuries that might be sustained during their stay.
14. NON-SMOKING POLICY: In order to maintain the aesthetic value and comfort of our accommodations, for non-smoking rooms, violators will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to 2 nights based on published rates.
15. REGULAR AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (if not already included): You have to call the resort's hotlines: +63 917 633 5862, +63 917 708 2901 or +63 38 412 9050 or email at reservations.htw@henann.com if you wish to avail our resort transfers service.
The rate for regular airport transfer service (if not already included) is Php200.00 per person per way minimum of 2 persons; Php400.00 per person per way for regular Tagbilaran city seaport transfer minimum of 2 persons. Regular transfer service is not private / exclusive; hence, you may be joining other in-house guests who have the same arrival time as yours.
For EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE TRANSFERS, kindly call us directly for the special arrangement. Additional Php500.00 per way (airport) / Php1,000.00 per way (Tagbilaran City seaport) shall be collected upon check-in. Last minute pick up arrangement is subject to availability. It is advisable to inform us 2-3 days prior arrival in order to avoid delay in service.
16. RESORT TRANSFER SERVICE PROCEDURE:
PANGLAO AIRPORT: Please approach our standby representative in full uniform and holding a placard of Henann Tawala Resort at the exit area of the airport. He shall lead you to our common, 7-seater air-conditioned van together with other in-house guests who may have the same flight details as yours. Estimated travel time from the airport to resort and vice versa is 8-10 minutes.
TAGBILARAN CITY SEAPORT: Please approach our standby driver who is holding a placard of Henann Tawala Resort at the main exit area. Please be informed that there is no specific waiting booth designated for arriving guests at the seaport, therefore it will be very much appreciated if you could provide us with your mobile number so we could easily contact you upon arrival. Our common, 7-seater air-conditioned van is just parked within the vicinity. Estimated travel time to the resort is 30-40 minutes.
17. NO SERVICE CHARGE: The resort does not include service charge in all prices. Only 12% VAT is included.
18. ROOM UPGRADE: Upgrade to a higher category is subject to room availability and rate difference. Full prepayment is required. For inquiries, contact us at +63 38 502-9141 or reservations.htw@henann.com.
19. OTHER STANDARD POLICIES: Bed type, non-smoking preference, and room allocation are all subject to availability upon check-in. Reservations/Sales and Front Office departments are not authorized to commit such requests prior to arrival; however, a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your requests. The resort voucher indicates the room and the services you have paid for. Anything that has been overlooked should be paid at the resort. Reservations with invalid credit card numbers or insufficient funds will be automatically released. Debit card is not allowed to be used to pay for this reservation.
20. OUTSIDE FOOD (cooked food / fast food) is not allowed inside the guest rooms. Guests may consume their food at the resort’s restaurant. Php75.00 service fee will be charged per person.
