Room rates on December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve) and February 16 & 17, 2026 (Chinese New Year's Eve) include a common buffet dinner for two persons. An extra person is required to pay for dinner in order for the resort to guarantee the room booked for you. To pay for an extra person, click the "TRANSFER AND ADD-ONS" window prior to booking and paying.

Transfer Services via Caticlan Airport are Exclusive to In-House Guests of Henann Resorts
Note: Additional Php 150.00 for foreign ID holders is excluded from the prepaid rate.
• Room with availed transfer: Please notify us of your complete flight details (date, flight number, time, and airport name) at least two (2) days prior to arrival; otherwise, transfer cannot be provided even if you have paid for it. Payment for the unused transfers will be forfeited and can not be refunded or converted to other resort services.
• Room without transfer: Additional transfers must be arranged at least two (2) days prior to arrival. No confirmation, no arrangement policy.
• For transportation via Caticlan: Upon arrival, kindly visit the transfer booth outside the arrival zone and look for the Henann signage. Note that Henann staff cannot enter the arrival area but will assist from the booth. A brief 5-minute drive will take you to the Henann Welcome Center, followed by a boat ride to Cagban Port. A waiting van will then transport you to the resort, with the journey totaling about 45 minutes to an hour. Transfers operate from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Flights outside of these hours won't be served by the transfer service. The transfer isn't private and may include guests from other Henann properties. If arriving from Kalibo Airport, you'll need to arrange your own transfer to Caticlan and then head to the Henann Welcome Center near the Caticlan Airport departure area, a short 3-5 minute journey. For departures, the resort pick-up is scheduled 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time.
EXTRA PERSON POLICY:
- Mandatory Php 1,680 / night (prepaid rate) with free breakfast. Maximum one (1) extra person or kid only per room. Any excess will require booking another room.
Child Policy:
- 0 to 4 years old: Free of Charge - Sharing meal & existing bed, max 1 kid allowed per room. Excess kid (s) should pay an extra kid charge.
- 5 to 9 years old: Can share a room with the parents but should pay extra kid charge worth PHP 840/night, no bed.
- 10 years old and older: Considered a full rate and should pay an extra person charge worth PHP 1,680/night.
- In order to avail of the child rate for the mentioned ages, guests must submit a copy of the child's passport or birth certificate at the front desk upon check-in; otherwise, the full rate will be applied.
- Please note in the special request tab if traveling with (1) Free of Charge kid.

HOTEL POLICIES:
• Booking Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation voucher through email containing the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Present this together with a valid ID that matches the booking name upon check-in. NO VOUCHER, NO CHECK-IN.
• Booking Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed. This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.
• Additional Service Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed. This includes additional services availed upon booking (transfer service, extra bed and breakfast, etc.). This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.
• Breakfast time: From 6:00am to 10:00am only at Palm Tree Restaurant (dine-in). Dress code: CASUAL (Wearing bathrobes, swimwear and sleepwear during breakfast and dinner are prohibited).
• Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.
• Incidental Deposit: Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.
• Visitor Policy: Registered guests only are allowed to be on the guest floors and to access the resort's facilities. Unregistered guests / visitors accessing the restricted areas will be charged accordingly.

• Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events: The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking was cancelled by the client because of a natural calamity such as typhoon resulting to Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and a rate difference (if any). The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement.
• Cancelled/Diverted Flights: The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, cancellation will apply. If an airline diverts their flight to Kalibo Airport and guest decide not to take it, cancellation policy still applies. For Caticlan flights diverted to Kalibo, the airline will be responsible to provide the land transfer arrangement.
• Corporate Card Policy: For corporate credit card transactions, the guest must present the valid actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) from the credit card owner or from an authorized signatory. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in.
• Card Policy: Card used in this transaction must be presented at the resort upon check-in otherwise booking is considered unpaid and will be required to make a new payment before they can check-in. Charge-back brought by this is subject to a processing fee of Php 500.00 per booking plus corresponding service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. Charge-back will be completed within 30 banking days. - Mandatory common buffet dinner for New Year’s Eve is billed based on minimum occupancy of 2 person in a room; for all room types. If number of occupant is less than the standard occupancy, 2 person will still be charged respectively.

- Mandatory common buffet dinner for Kids: 5–9 years old is 50% of the adult rate. Must present a government-issued ID or school ID with a birthdate. Otherwise, the current height rule will apply.
