      Transfer Services via Caticlan Airport is Exclusive for In-House Guests of Henann Resorts;

      • Room with availed transfer: Please notify us of your complete flight details (date, flight number, time, and airport name) at least two (2) days prior to arrival; otherwise, transfer cannot be provided even if you have paid for it. Payment for the unused transfers will be forfeited and can not be refunded or converted to other resort services.

      • Room without transfer: Additional transfers must be arranged at least two (2) days prior to arrival. No confirmation, no arrangement policy. Airport authorities require us to submit a list and does not allow us to accommodate you if advised on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be accommodated by other transport services, where you will be mixed with guests from other resorts, and several stops are inevitable.

      • Transfers via Caticlan: Upon your arrival, please proceed to the transfer booth located outside the arrival zone and look for the Henann signage. Henann staff will assist you from this booth, as they are not authorized to enter the arrival area. You will then embark on a brief 10-minute drive to the Henann Welcome Center, followed by a boat ride to Cagban Port. From Cagban Port, a van will transport you to the resort. The total journey time is approximately 50 minutes to an hour. Transfers operate from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Flights outside these hours won't be served by the transfer service. The transfer isn't private and may include guests from other Henann properties. If arriving from Kalibo Airport, you'll need to arrange your own transfer to Caticlan and then head to the Henann Welcome Center near Caticlan Airport departure area, a short 3-5 minute journey. For departures, the resort pick-up is scheduled 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time.

      •Booking Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed. This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.

      •Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events: The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking was cancelled by the client because of force majeure, there will be no refund but is re-bookable to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and rate difference if any.

      •Cancelled/Diverted Flights: The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, cancellation will apply. If an airline diverts their flight to Kalibo Airport and guest decide not to take it, cancellation policy still applies. For Caticlan flights diverted to Kalibo, the airline will be responsible to provide the land transfer arrangement.

      •Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.

      •Child Meals & Transfers: Child meals and transfers are not included in the room breakdown. Request for transfer should be pre-arranged after booking otherwise, no transfer will be provided. While request for meals shall be directly settled at the resort. In order to avail of the child rate, guest must present a passport or birth certificate reflecting the age of the kid during reservation and at the front desk upon check-in. Otherwise, adult rate will apply.

      • Corporate Card Policy: For corporate credit card transactions, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) from the credit card owner or from an authorized signatory. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in.

      •Credit Card Policy: Credit card used in this transaction must be presented at the resort upon check-in otherwise booking is considered unpaid and will be required to make a new payment before they can check-in. Charge-back brought by this is subject to a processing fee of Php 500.00 per booking plus corresponding service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. For third party credit card transaction, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) from the credit card owner. All documents must bear the same details and signature.       •Booking Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed. This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.

      •Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events: The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking was cancelled by the client because of force majeure, there will be no refund but is re-bookable to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and rate difference if any.

      •Cancelled/Diverted Flights: The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, cancellation will apply. If an airline diverts their flight to Kalibo Airport and guest decide not to take it, cancellation policy still applies. For Caticlan flights diverted to Kalibo, the airline will be responsible to provide the land transfer arrangement.

      •Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.

      •Child Meals & Transfers: Child meals and transfers are not included in the room breakdown. Request for transfer should be pre-arranged after booking otherwise, no transfer will be provided. While request for meals shall be directly settled at the resort. In order to avail of the child rate, guest must present a passport or birth certificate reflecting the age of the kid during reservation and at the front desk upon check-in. Otherwise, adult rate will apply.

      • Corporate Card Policy: For corporate credit card transactions, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) from the credit card owner or from an authorized signatory. All documents must bear the same details and signature. Non-compliance will be subjected to full payment upon check-in.

      •Credit Card Policy: Credit card used in this transaction must be presented at the resort upon check-in otherwise booking is considered unpaid and will be required to make a new payment before they can check-in. Charge-back brought by this is subject to a processing fee of Php 500.00 per booking plus corresponding service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. For third party credit card transaction, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) from the credit card owner.       •Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events: The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking was cancelled by the client because of force majeure, there will be no refund but is re-bookable to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and rate difference if any.

      •Cancelled/Diverted Flights: The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, cancellation will apply. If an airline diverts their flight to Kalibo Airport and guest decide not to take it, cancellation policy still applies. For Caticlan flights diverted to Kalibo, the airline will be responsible to provide the land transfer arrangement.

      •Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.

      •Child Meals & Transfers: Child meals and transfers are not included in the room breakdown. Request for transfer should be pre-arranged after booking otherwise, no transfer will be provided. While request for meals shall be directly settled at the resort. In order to avail of the child rate, guest must present a passport or birth certificate reflecting the age of the kid during reservation and at the front desk upon check-in. Charge-back brought by this is subject to a processing fee of Php 500.00 per booking plus corresponding service fee of 2.8% from the total payment if request is submitted 60 days after payment was made. For third party credit card transaction, guest must present the actual physical credit card used, a signed letter of authorization and a photocopy of any government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) from the credit card owner.       • Transfers via Caticlan: Upon your arrival, please proceed to the transfer booth located outside the arrival zone and look for the Henann signage. Henann staff will assist you from this booth, as they are not authorized to enter the arrival area. You will then embark on a brief 10-minute drive to the Henann Welcome Center, followed by a boat ride to Cagban Port. From Cagban Port, a van will transport you to the resort. The total journey time is approximately 50 minutes to an hour. If you are arriving from Kalibo Airport, you will need to arrange your own transfer to Caticlan and then proceed to the Henann Welcome Center near the Caticlan Airport departure area, a short 3 to 5-minute trip. The same transfer procedure will apply for your departure.. Caticlan transfers are from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm only. Take note that transfers are not private; travelling along with guests from other Henann properties having the same flight. Any flight time beyond our transfer schedule will not be accommodated.

      •A common buffet dinner on December 31, 2025 and February 17, 2026 (Chinese New Year's Eve).
      - A minimum of 2 persons and 4 persons for Family Rooms and Two-Bedroom Suites. The Extra person is required to pay for the common buffet dinner.
      - Children ages 5–9 can enjoy the common buffet dinner at 50% of the adult price. To apply this discount, a government-issued ID or school ID with the child's birthdate must be presented. If no ID is provided, the height-based policy will apply instead.
      - Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
